About Me

Hello, my name is Aisha and I'm based in Manchester.

I would describe my experience going through personal therapy as transformational, I never thought I could gain so much from counselling until I was through the other side. Having this first-hand experience means I understand how daunting and nerve-racking it can be but equally beautiful and rewarding.

Through our work together, therapy can become a powerful tool for change. We’ll uncover new insights, nurture resilience and work through the deeper layers that may be holding you back.

Qualifications

I am a qualified registered therapist with the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). As a member of the BACP, I am accountable to their framework and guidelines, which ensures I provide you the best possible service and continue to hold space for you.

I have completed a postgraduate diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy. My counselling approach is rooted in person-centred theory which centres around the notion you are the expert in your own journey.
